 2 eggs
 8 tbsp almond flour
 2 tbsp mayo
 4 tsp water
 ½ tsp water
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¾ cup shredded mozzarella (reserve 1/4 for the top)
 2 scoops unflavored protein powdre
 2 oz sliced pepperoni
 ¼ cup no sugar added marinara

Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 cup cheese, sauce and pepperoni.

Cook your chaffles one at a time.

Top with sauce, remaining cheese and pepperoni and bake on 425F for 12 minutes.
