Cheeseburger Casserole

 2 lbs. lean ground beef
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 1 large diced onion
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
 ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  cup low sugar ketchup
  cup mustard
 2 cups shredded lettuce
 1 cup diced tomatoes
 ½ cup diced dill pickles
 ½ cup sliced green onions

Brown your ground beef with your onions and garlic.

Add the cauliflower rice and cook through.

Mix your ketchup and mustard and mix into the beef.

Add this to the bottom of the casserole dish.

Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and green onions.
