Hollow out your strawberries with a small knife. Lay them top down on a paper towel to drain for 30 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, pudding mix, protein powder and Splenda well with a mixer. Put the filling into a large Ziploc bag and cut the corner off.
Use the bag to pipe the strawberries full of the filling.
Roll the tops in the graham crackers. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also garnish with nuts or mini dark chocolate chips.
