Cheesy Cauliflower Breakfast Bake

 4 cups cooked cauliflower rice
 1 lb turkey sausage
 1 diced bell pepper
 1 diced onion
 1 cup shredded cheddar
 8 eggs
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ¼ cup sliced green onions

Drain any excess liquid from your cauliflower rice.

Mix eggs, rice, diced bell peppers, diced onion, cheese, cooked sausage, salt, pepper and rice together.

Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and bake about 30 minutes or until the eggs are set in the center.

Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
