 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
 ½ cup almond milk
 ¼ cup cheddar cheese
 ½ tsp paprika
 salt and pepper

Add Cauliflower, milk, paprika, salt and pepper to a pan.

Simmer it until it is soft, and looks like grits.

Add cheese and stir until creamy. You can add extra milk if needed.

Garnish with green onions!
