Cheesy Chicken Fritters

 1 lb. boneless chicken
 ½ cup shredded mozzarella
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp almond flour
 2 tsp fresh dill
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp garlic powder

Dice your raw chicken breast into small cubes.

Add all other ingredients and mix well. Make 4 large patties or 8 small (then there would be 2 per serving).

Cook them in a pan with a small amount of non-stick cooking spray or olive oil. Make sure they are completley cooked through. Garnish with fresh dill.
