Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sour cream and minced garlic. Mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt.
Toss the chicken sour cream mixture just enough to coat, then press into the dry mixture. Place coated chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish.
Spray the chicken lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
