Cut the ends off of your peppers and remove all seeds. If you can not find the long sweet peppers you can use banana peppers, poblano peppers or any pepper that you love.
Mix all other ingredients well and stuff the peppers with the filling.
Bake on 375F for about 25 minutes or until the peppers are soft.
