Chia Mocha Breakfast Pudding

 1 cup of cold brew coffee
 1 cup almond milk
 8 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp Splenda
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
 pinch of salt
 1 oz sugar free chocolate chips for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar or bowl. Stir well to combine and cover.

Let chia seeds soak for 3-4 hours or overnight.
