 1 avocado
 1 egg
 juice of 1/2 lime
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¼ tsp cumin
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ½ cup pico de gallo
 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Mix your chicken, diced avocado, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lime juice and cumin.
