Add your olive oil to a pan and saute your cabbage until soft. Add some stock and a lid if it is not getting soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend your cottage cheese until smooth. In a separate pan add your cottage cheese, seasonings and bring to a boil. Slowly add your cheese and stir until your sauce comes together.
Add your chicken and sauce to the cabbage and simmer until thick. Garnish with parsley.
