Drain your canned chicken and squeeze all of the liquid out. Add your beaten egg, mozzarella cheese and mix very well.
Separate into 4 balls. Flatten each ball onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 425F until golden brown. Mine took 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
Mix your lettuce with your dressing and top each pizza. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
