Chicken Club Lettuce Wrap

 2 large leaves of iceberg lettuce
 1 tsp mustard
 1 tsp mayo
 3 oz sliced chicken lunchmeat
 3 thin slices of avocado
 2 slices of tomato
 2 slices thin cut bacon (cooked)
 14x14 piece of parchment paper

Place the parchment paper down on your work surface. Layer lettuce in the middle of parchment paper.

Spread the mayo in the center of the lettuce wrap. Layer with the rest of your ingredients. Top with your mustard.

Wrap the lettuce around and then wrap tightly in the parchment paper while folding the ends in.

Slice in the center and use the paper to hold the wrap together.
