Chicken Fajita Omelette

 2 oz chicken, cut into thin strips
 ¼ cup sliced onions and peppers
 1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
 2 tsp taco seasoning
 1 tsp sour cream
 1 tsp salsa

Season your chicken and veggies with the taco seasoning.

Sear them quickly in a hot pan and then remove them.

Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Add your egg and allow it to spread out. Cook on one side and then flip.

Add your filling and cheese back to one side of the egg and fold the other side over.

Serve with salsa and sour cream.
