Combine chicken, egg, bread crumbs, olives (I chopped mine up), spinach, diced red onion, feta cheese, oregano, salt and pepper and form 4 burger patties.
Brown them well in a skillet on both sides.
Serve them in a romaine lettuce leaf.
Garnished with tomato, lettuce, onion, Greek yogurt Cesar dressing and a sprinkle of feta.
