Cut your chicken breast into large chunks. Blend the chicken and eggs in a food processor.
Stir in your feta, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Form the mixture into nugget shapes and coat in bread crumbs.
Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes or bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Flip over half way through to allow both sides to get crispy.
