Chicken Feta Zoodles

 1 lb diced, precooked chicken
 4 cups zoodles (you can spiralize your own or buy them precut)
 1 lb cherry tomatoes
 8 oz feta cheese
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp chopped parsley
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper

Place your feta, tomatoes, olive oil and seasonings in a baking dish.

Bake at 350F until the tomaotes are bursting (about 15 minutes).

Add the chicken and the raw zoodles quickly and toss.

Allow the zoodles to soften from the hot cheese and tomatoes. Garnish with parlsey and serve.
