Place your feta, tomatoes, olive oil and seasonings in a baking dish.
Bake at 350F until the tomaotes are bursting (about 15 minutes).
Add the chicken and the raw zoodles quickly and toss.
Allow the zoodles to soften from the hot cheese and tomatoes. Garnish with parlsey and serve.
