Chicken Piccata and Zoodles

 1 lb bonless skinless chicken breasts
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 ½ cup chicken broth
 juice of 1 lemon
 ¼ cup capers
 2 tbsp butter
 parsley for garnish
 2 cups zoodles

Pound your chicken out thin and season it with salt and pepper. Sear it in a pan with some olive oil.

Add garlic, capers, broth, lemon juice and butter to the pan and allow it to cook until it thickens. Remove from heat.

Prepare your zoodles or buy them in the frozen section. Sauté quickly just until they start to soften.

Serve your chicken and sauce over your zoodles.
