Drain your can chicken well or dice your cooked chicken very small.
Dry your pickles and cut them up very small. Mix all ingredients well.
Spray your heated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Cook each chaffle until golden and crispy. Mine took about 7 minutes each.
This makes 6 chaffles, you get 2 per serving.
