 1 lb lean chicken sausage
 1 cup broccoli florets
 ½ cup sliced red onion
 ½ cup sliced green pepper
 ½ cup diced zucchini
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 1 tsp olive oil

Slice your sausage and add it and the veggies to a hot pan with the olive oil.

Add in seasonings and toss until well coated.

Sauté for about 4 to 5 minutes or just until the sausage is done and the veggies are tender.
