Chicken Teriyaki Wonton Cups

 1 lb diced chicken
 2 cloves minced garlic
 2 tsp miced ginger
 4 tbsp low sugar teriyaki sauce
 12 wonton wrappers
 sesame seeds for garnish

Brown your chicken in a pan with garlic and ginger.

Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Add 2 wonton wrappers in different directions in each well.

Stir just enough sauce into your meat to lightly coat it. Add sesame seeds to the top.

Bake on 350F 18 to 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
