Chicken Zoodle Caprese

 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
 1 cup baby tomatoes, cut in half
 2 large spiralized zucchinis
 ½ cup fresh mozzarella balls
 ¼ tsp dried oregano
 ½ tsp red pepper flakes
 3 cloves minced garlic
 1 tbsp chopped basil
  salt and pepper

Season your chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.

Cook over medium heat with a small amount of olive oil.

Brown and set the chicken aside.

Add your garlic, tomatoes, red pepper flakes and zucchini.

Sauté quickly.

Stir in the basil and mozzarella and serve.
