Chickpea Broccoli Salad

 ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 3 packets of Splenda
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 cups broccoli pieces
 15 oz can of chickpeas
 ½ red onion, thinly sliced
 ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup sunflower seeds

Rinse and drain your chickpeas.

Add them to the broccoli, onions, peppers and sunflower seeds.

Mix yogurt, vinegar, splenda, and seasonings together.

Toss the vegetables with the dressing.
