Mix your almond milk, vanilla, Splenda, protein powder and chia seeds. Separate ½ into two bowls.
Add cocoa to one bowl and caramel to the other. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or at least three hours.
Mix again place in individual containers in layers. Place back in fridge until ready to eat. Top with whip cream.
