Chocolate Cherry Lava Cake

 1.50 cups cottage cheese
 ¼ cup Splenda
 1 egg
  cup cocoa powder
 1 tsp. vanilla
 6 frozen pitted cherries
 1 tbsp. powdered sugar substitute for garnish

Blend all of your ingredients in a food processor.

Pour into small ramekins that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes, or until center is barely set.

Garnish with powdered sugar substitute.
