Chocolate Pancake Bowl

 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
 1 egg
 ¼ tsp. baking soda
 ½ tsp. vanilla
 3 tbsp. blended cottage cheese
 4 tbsp. warm water
 1 tbsp. sugar free chocolate chips
 1 tbsp. sugar free whipped cream

Mix your protein, egg, baking soda, vanilla, cottage cheese and water.

Spray a bowl with non-stick cooking spray and add your batter.

Microwave for 1 minute. Check to see how done your pancake is. Microwave in 20 second intervals just until the batter has set.

Garnish with whip cream and chocolate chips.
