Pour all ingredients (except chocolate chips and pecans) into a bowl or stand mixer.
Mix well (can use hands)
Start to add almond milk 1 tsp at a time until it reaches a moist but tacky consistency.
Mix in chocolate chips and pecans.
Form into 24 balls.
