Using 2 bowls mix all of your dry ingredients, then separately mix all of your wet ingredients. Combine the two well.
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Spray a donut pan very well with non-stick spray.
Fill the donut wells 2/3 full with the batter. Tap the pan firmly onto the counter to remove any air bubbles and even the surface of the batter.
Bake the donuts for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Dip the tops of the donuts in the melted sugar free chocolate and allow them to cool.
