Chocolate Protein Muffin

 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
 ½ cup oats
 ¼ cup cocoa powder
 4 oz apple sauce
 ½ cup Splenda
 1 egg
 1 can of black beans, rinsed VERY well
  cup sugar free maple syrup
 ¼ cup natural almond butter
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 tsp vanilla
 3 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Line a muffin pan with 12 liners.

Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Stir in ¾ of your chocolate chips.

Divide the mixture between the 12 liners.

Sprinkle to tops with the remaining chips.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, or just until set in the middle.

Keep refrigerated, in an air tight container or plastic bag.
