Chocolate Yogurt Cake

 1 cup Greek yogurt
 ¼ cup cocoa powder
 ¼ cup Splenda
 1 tsp. vanilla
 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
 1 cup water
 3 tbsp. unflavored gelatin (grass fed is best)

Bloom your gelatin in the water for 10 minutes.

Puree the mixture with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a non-stick container.

Chill for 2 hours or until set and serve with a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
