Cinnamon Roll Pancake Bowl

 3 tbsp. blended cottage cheese
 3 tbsp. almond flour
 ½ tsp. baking powder
 1 tbsp. Splenda
 1 egg
 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
 Cinnamon Topping:
 1 tbsp. cinnamon
 2 tsp. Splenda
 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt

Add butter into a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add eggs and mix well.

Add all of your dry ingredients and mix again.

Microwave for 60 seconds and check the cake.  Microwave in 20 second intervals until done, being careful not to overcook the pancake.

Mix your remaining ingredients and swirl on the top of the pancake.
