
Separate your egg whites from the yolks. Season your egg whites with the salt and pepper.
Beat the whites with a hand mixer until it forms stiff peaks. Place the egg whites in mounds on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Spoon a hole for the yolk. Add the yolk. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
