 4 oz low fat cottage cheese
 ½ cup baby tomatoes
 1 tsp balsamic dressing
 ½ tsp chopped basil
 salt and pepper to taste

Blister your tomatoes in a pan with salt and pepper.

Add your cottage cheese to the bottom of a bowl.

Add the tomatoes.

Top with dressing and basil. This can be eaten cold or warmed up.
