 ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
 1 egg
 ½ tsp. Everything But the Bagel seasoning
 1 oz. lunchmeat
 2 slices of tomato
 lettuce or spinach
 pickle slices

Blend your cottage cheese with the egg.

Spread it out into a rectangle on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until it is cooked through.

Allow to cool. Add the rest of your ingredients, just like you would a sandwich.
