  cup greek yogurt
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 2 tsp Old Bay
 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
 1 tbsp water
 1 lb lump crabmeat

In a medium size bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, Old Bay, parsley, and water.

Gently fold in the crabmeat, careful not to break it up.

With your hands, form crab mixture into 6 patties.

Broil for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned on top or saute in a skillet with a very small amount of olive oil.
