Combine crab, panko, parsley and garlic in a small bowl and set to the side.
Remove the skin from your salmon portions and cut a slit in the center to hold the crab. (You can also just put the crab on top and skip this step).
Fill the center with 1/4 of the crab mixture. Pack it in tightly and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 375F. Bake the salmon 15 to 18 minutes or just until done. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top before serving.
