Whip your cream cheese until it is very light and fluffy. Add your eggs one at a time. Blend all other ingredients in until batter is smooth.
Spray your ramekins with non-stick cooking spray and divide your batter in them .
Place your swirl ingredients into a pan and allow to simmer until the cranberries break down. Blend until smooth. Cook longer if it is not nice and thick.
Add one spoonful into each cheesecake. Use and spoon and swirl it gently in.
Set small ramekins into a baking dish of water, only allow water to come up about halfway.
Bake at 350F until the centers are set, about 20 minutes.
