Creamy Chicken Soup

 Broth:
 1 lb zucchini (peeled and sliced)
 ½ large onion , roughly chopped
 2 garlic cloves , whole
 4 cups chicken broth
 ½ tsp each garlic and onion powder
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 1 cup skim or almond milk
 Add ins:
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 garlic cloves , minced
 ½ large onion , diced
 1.50 cups carrot , peeled and diced
 1.50 cups celery , diced
 1 small bell pepper , diced
 2 cups cooked chicken breast , diced
 ¾ cup frozen peas

Add all broth ingredients to a pan and allow it to summer until everything is soft.

Puree it very well in a blender.

Add olive oil to the pan and cook the chicken and add in veggies until everything is done.

Mix creamy broth back in.
