Cut your spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds and stringy section. Lightly spray with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake upside down on a parchment lined pan for 30 minutes at 400F. If the squash is not cooked through you may have to add time.
Blend your cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic together to make the sauce. Once your squash is cooked, use a fork to string the noodle shapes out.
Mix with your sauce and then gently fold in the crab and bacon pieces.
Top with the mozzarella and broil until golden brown.
