Creamy Parmesan Chicken - Bariatric Women

 ¼ cup plain Green yogurt
 1 dash garlic salt
 1 dash pepper
 juice from one lemon (about 2 tbsp)
 4 4-ounce portions of boneless chicken breasts
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
 1 dash paprika

Mix yogurt, garlic salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Lay out the chicken on a baking pan. Coat the top of your chicken well with the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and paprika over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serve with a side salad or any vegetable of your choice!
