Creamy Tuscan Salmon

 2 pieces of salmon (4oz each)
 2 cups spinach
 1 cup baby tomatoes
 1 cup half and half 1 onion
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese
 salt and pepper

Sear each piece of salmon in a pan and then remove it.

Add onion, spinach and tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add half and half and cheese.

Cook until thick.
