 1 oz. crumbled feta cheese
 salt and pepper to taste

Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Add your feta cheese in a circle.

Crack your egg and drop in the middle of that circle. Season with salt and pepper.

Add a lid and cook until the edges start to crisp up. Make sure your yolk is cooked to your preference.
