Crispy Parmesan Broccoli

 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
 12 oz. package of frozen broccoli
 ½ cup cottage cheese
 2 tbsp. chicken broth
 1 tsp. garlic powder
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese
 salt and pepper

Toss your broccoli florets in the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.

Pull them out of the oven and smash them with the bottom of a glass or other flat surface.

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over them and bake for another 8 minutes or until crispy.
