Brown your turkey burger with the garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add the marinara.
Slice the zucchini very thin and allow them to drain on a paper towel.
Get a skillet hot and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle the cheese onto the pan.
Cover with a layer of sliced zucchini, overlaying each piece to cover the cheese.
Once the edges look brown add the turkey mixture and then roll it up. Garnish with parsley.
