Crunchy Crab Salad

 1 lb. fresh or imitation crab meat
 2 english cucumbers
 ¼ cup plain greek yogurt or light mayo
 4 tbsp sriracha sauce
 2 tsp lime juice
 2 tsp black sesame seeds
 ¼ cup panko bread crumbs

Use a grater and grate your cucumber. Squeeze all of the water out.

Use a knife to smash and slice your crab until it is shredded.

Mix your crab, cucumber, yogurt, sriracha, lime juice and sesame seeds together.

Top the salad with the panko (not until you are ready to eat).
