Dijon Almond Tilapia

 4 tilapia filets (about 4 oz each)
 1 tsp garlic paste
 4 oz crushed almonds (lightly salted)
 ¼ cup Dijon mustard
 juice of 1 lemon
 ¼ tsp black pepper

Rub your tilapia down with the mustard and garlic paste.

Roll them in the crushed almonds to coat them. Squeeze the lemon juice over them and season with the black pepper.

Bake at 350F for 15 to 18 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
