Add the tahini, dill pickle juice, and garlic clove to the bowl of a food processor. Blend for 1 minute, or until the mixture is well blended.
Add the chickpeas, dill pickle spears, fresh dill and salt, then blend again.
Scrape the sides down if needed. Allow the food processor to run until it is thick and creamy.
Drizzle olive oil in slowly and allow it to incorporate. Serve with raw veggies on your favorite grill meat.
