
Add your pistachios to a food processer until they are finely ground.
Mix them with the remaining ingredients (hold out small amounts you want for garnish). If the dough is too stiff add extra syrup, if it is too wet add more protein powder.
Roll your mixture into 16 balls (2 balls per serving). Garnish your protein balls and enjoy!
