 4 cloves minced garlic
 3 tbsp minced ginger
 1 lb. ground turkey
 1 tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tsp sesame oil
 ¼ cup green onions
 4 cups shredded cole slaw mix

Add your oil to a hot pan and brown your turkey burger.

Now add your coleslaw mix and cook until it is tender.

Mix the rest of your ingredients into a sauce and pour over the cabbage.

Stir well and allow to cook another 3 to 5 minutes.
