Eggnog Protein Shake

 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ tsp nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in a protein shaker or blender and serve.

Garnish with additional nutmeg if you would like.

If you are uncomfortable using the egg white just use 1 tbsp sugar free pudding mix instead.
